juz now went 2 church wif wr, wp, jz and glenn. wow, so long never hear all those crap le, make me feel so nostalgic, since pri sch wor..3 years liao...it refreshed my memory on how much i hated singing praying before sch each day....., then they talk crap....ALOT alot of crap. about "god", they sae many things tt contradict themselves...stupid right? they said that worshipping things is wrong, then nxt they tell u to worship god..then they sae stories about pple who worship drugs, idols, internets, sex and stuff like that. then i thinking "wad is the difference in worshipping god then?", izzit right to go crazy over the darn book (bible)? and saying everything tt doesn't have the word "holy" associated wif is a sin? this is absolute lameness i had heard in a while..well, it " made my day ".
they also talked other stuff about internet porn and stuff, condemming it like hell, also talking about drugs..all these, stupid lar. basically i dun see anything wrong wif porn or drugs......, and one other things i realized about those preachers or those brainless faggots is that they seem to like to sterotype things, which is wrong..they sterotype things such as they talk about "msn" assuming they noe everything. they also crap about 12 yr old girls going online kanna cheated? wtf is this..? you can't blame the internet for such things...you have to blame the vulnerbility of the mental mind of the person. the person has only himself or herself to blame, don't push the blame on something so godlike, and useful such as the internet. and the predator...though wad he has did is wrong...but i think he would be laughing at the stupidity of his prey. but well...all in all, you dont' cross a junction, get knocked down on the car and blame the road right? this is totally wrong...you should blame the driver......, not the road. so in future, everyone please rememebr not to cross roads......, also don't cross overhead bridges cause a nuclear bomb will strike u and u will get hit by it EARLIER than other people on ground level. stupid right? they blaming the wrong thing.
all in all, probably the first time i going there n the LAST time i will ever step into such a place of ironic behaviour..., well after tt there was als0 some kinda prayer thing. well, half of all the people cried..., this world is SOO depressing. at that momment i had nothing to cry about, only i knew that i had to go to toilet urgently. wow, even wen pu cried. i felt like laughing or go forward to take a peek at his crying face..maybe take a picutre nxt time..., if god hasn't been slacking there wouldn't be anybody crying...
there r alot flaws i see in the bible, well. if the book was supposingly god's will and message to the people y does it make him seem so childish....and not realli childish lar, the bible gives him human-like behaviour..., and character. they talked about sacrifice, anyway at tt time what do the people understand about "sacrifice"? were there even concepts of "sacrifice" then? if god is almightly why does he have to sacrifice?, if god is god he doesn't have to sacrifice right?, he can't even wipe out saturn....., he is useless......, well if he did exist in the first place..., n instead of sacrificing his son y din he sacrifice HIMSELF!?? or itself or herself or whatever..!?? it doesn't make sense..i dont' think we shoujld be able to understand this throughout our entire lifetime.....probably when we die..for now..no religion is the best.

Mark, you are right that porn is directly related to lust, but it does not LEAD to lust. How will someone want porn in the 1st place if they do not have lust to begin with? Curiousity? I admit that I have seen images with explicit content, but I get disgusted at such things. This is all up to the person. Drugs are not wrong. The abuse of it is. Drugs are beneficial to many situations, as they help to control the state of a patient to allow medical specialists to to work with ease. Withouit drugs, many more would have died. Also, there are drugs like viagra that although have side effects, allow the user to perform specific tasks they cannot without it. Therefore I conclude tha drugs are not wrong.
I am not christian, nor do I belong to any other religion, and I do not believe in the existence of a being that I can dub as "God". There is no perfect being to my knowledge. Supreme yes, but not perfect. Perfection is like infinty. It is an ever distant unreachable state. Nothing in this world is perfect, yet we can try to reduce the distance betweem, even if it is just a little. To trust in "God" is fine, but not to an over extent, it becomes reliance. We need to be independant beings depending on the situation, and to wish for reinforcement or aid from a non-existant being, is a very foolish act. I hope that when you mean to "trust in 'God'". You mean to trust in yourself and others involved, do your best and hope that things turn out well. In that, "God" is an imaginary medium for you to divert your trust and strength into so you will do your best in everything you do (this method works suprisingly very well with people who do not know how to gather their courage and put in their all), and have no regrets.
I hope that you have understood what I meant. I am NOT being anti-[insert ANY religion here]. Hope that you can see that some of my points are more logical, and you can think like me in these ways. May your God bless you.

When i read through ur post, i haf to agree dat porn does not lead to lust and drugs are bad.. it is the lust u have at first that makes u interested in the porn pics that are on internet.. i came across a few while searchin for things to dl and i was completely disgusted and whats more, for no apparent reason the window wun close and i had to jam my com to get that pic away.. drugs.. some are gd and some are bad.. i think it is up to the individual to make it gd or bad.. when u abuse drugs like marijuana, dat is bad use of drugs, but drugs like panadol help u fight illnesses so it does not give justice to drugs by labelling all of them as "bad".. this is my 1/2 cents worth of opinion.. it not worth 1 cent ^^..

Ok, I will not comment on the part on worshipping. The point i was trying to get through was whether there were actually any differances in worshipping god and something else? this starts off with what value has god and the something else has. a value can be only defined as the person worshipping, which can be known as the "worshipper". so in this case, when you worship something, the something has equal value when let's say you worship anyother thing because you are still worshipping. so what elevates god's value is up to the "worshipper", and thus cannot be concluded by making a sweeping statement. Whether drugs is good or bad, along with internet porn and sex, is up to the person doing it. i believe this world is not governed by right or wrong. Either way, so for example, if you worship let's say Michael jackson, if that's the example u wanna give, and you worship god. the difference in values of michael jackson is god is subjective as it is up to the "worshipper" to decide. Well, i'm getting confused by what i'm saying myself, i'll have to reread the whole thing after it's posted to resort my thoughts.
either way, by not putting yourself in a vulnerable enviroment, you are actually escaping from problems, escaping from reality. by persisiting with such mindsets will result in a weak personality n character, nt growing coz you're actually not being exposed to anything. like the example i said wif the road, you can't possibly be afraid to cross the road coz you're afraid of the slightest chance that you might get knocked down by a passing car who happened to be having a bad day? also, why do people take aeroplanes when we still do get aeroplane crash reports like once in a few years? by being passengers on an aircraft gives us vulnerability to dying, well almost everything in the world does...so why do we still do it? if you think of it analytically, there is no such thing as immunity to danger...as human we live, always exposed to danger..and it is us to not stay away and escape from vulnerability. it is thus, one of the major flaws of us, human beings. and as far as i believe, i feel that if we don't want to be influenced by drugs n porn, escaping from it isn't really much of a choice. that is what i meant when i said "drugs n porn" r nt that bad..
about lust..well, i believe tt it is human nature to lust.....lust for the opposite sex...-.-, well i dun wanna elaborate on this. i believe that human shld excercise self-control by not thinking excessively about such things, yes a thought of two can't hurt. we are biologically created like this, we aren't sinners, our brain is... . well sexual crimes, and porn are on a totally different level. in the world almost like err..most of the people view porn but how many people actually go out and rape someone? well there's alot of difference to that, so i guess that the point here is just now to fall into that small percentage of the small percentage of those who view porn. don't get mi wrong, i am not defending porn, but rather, just a little unsatisfied with people making sweeping statements.

Wow, there is alot of debate when some1 comes to this topic... Porn = Good/Bad? This is very subjective subject. It won't harm if you do not indulge in it. It is true that people who indulge in porn do not go out and rape ppl, molest, offend minors or commit other sexual crimes, but it fuels a whole industry. This can also be good and bad. Pros: It creates jobs for people. Cons: Overuse CAN (although influence is low) lead to sexual crimes, and it clashes with several moral values (although they are no longer so much highly regarded nowadays), and increases spreading of sexual-related diseases. I also find it very disturbing to find that Japan, being a economically and technologically advanced advanced country, with many products I find great interests in, is also one of the greatest producers of sexual materials. A large amount of teenage high school girls there (Over 5%!) and even some minors are involved in such acts or other sexually realted money reaping activities.
Anyway, it's wrong to insult a person or believe. You can critize, but if you start to offend, then it's wrong. You have offended the supreme being they believe in. If they start are reliant on the system, and you make them believe that their beliefs are wrong, they can lose hope and start to show less confidence in doing things... You don't know the effects ba... always weigh the consequences of you actions...
